公司在2017年组建了实体，并于2018年开工建设。于2019年底建设完成，项目总投资10亿元人民币，注册资金2.68亿人民币。项目用地110亩，一期占地46亩。目前山联已完成从小试到大试的过程，第一条生产线投产，其中年产4万吨PMU粒料，1万吨薄膜生产线，并配备了1万吨的涂布设备、分切包装设备系列的完整的薄膜胶带生产线，同时完成了5000吨MU®瓦楞包装生产线。山联股份主要生产拥有自主知识产权的PMU无机·生物降解材料（PMU粒料）、MU®薄膜胶带系列及MU®瓦楞包装系列。山联拥有PMU无机·生物降解材料（即PMU粒料）和MU®胶带的完全中国自主知识产权，获得国家发明专利，并将PMU粒料的发明专利申请了PCT国际专利。该项目列入湖州2017年“大好高”项目，2018年浙江省重大产业项目，2019年起即通过国家高新技术企业验收，获“绿色工厂”称号。
The company formed the entity in 2017 and started construction in 2018. The construction will be completed by the end of 2019, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan and a registered capital of 268 million yuan. The project land covers 110 mu, and the first phase covers an area of 46 mu. At present, Shanlian has completed the test of the project, and the first production line has been put into operation, with an annual output of 40,000 tons of PMU grain, 10,000 tons of film production line, equipped with 10,000 tons of coating equipment, complete film tape packaging equipment series, and 5,000 tons of MU ® corrugated packaging production line. Shanlian mainly produces PMU inorganic biodegradable materials (PMU particles), MU ® film tape series and MU ® corrugated packaging series with independent intellectual property rights. Shanlian has the fully independent intellectual property rights of PMU inorganic biodegradable materials (i. e., PMU particles) and MU ® tape, and has obtained the national invention patent, and has applied for the PCT international patent for the invention patent of PMU particles. The project has been included in the Huzhou "Great High" project in 2017 and a major industrial project in Zhejiang Province in 2018. Since 2019, it has passed the acceptance of national high-tech enterprise and won the title of "Green Factory".
