宜章吉兴纸业有限公司始建于2001年，属“十三五”残疾人集中就业省级示范基地。公司位于宜章县笆篱镇车田工业区，距107国道8km，离京广铁路坪石火车站30km。公司现有员工186人，其中残疾员工93人，厂区面积40000㎡，固定资产8000余万元。
公司专业生产特种艺术黑卡纸，环评年产能5万吨，现有5条生产线，专产80-3000g/㎡特种有色纸，可满足客户对所有规格型号及克重的需求；公司“三废”处理设施先进完备，各项排放指标达标，并于2017年6月取得国家新的排污许可证。
公司董事长谢运良同志先后被评为“全国就业创业先进个人”“全国助残先进个人”“全国诚信之星”“湖南省十二、十三届人大代表”2017年4月被评为“中国好人”，获得“第六届湖南省道德模范”、“第六届全国道德模范提名奖”等。
Yizhang Jixing Paper Co. , Ltd. was founded in 2001, is the "13th five-year plan" provincial demonstration base for the employment of persons with disabilities. The company is located in the Chetian industrial zone of Yizhang County fence town, 8 km from the China National Highway 107 and 30 km from Beijing–Guangzhou Railway Pingshi railway station. The company has 186 employees, including 93 disabled employees, plant area of 40000 M2, fixed assets of more than 80 million yuan. The company specializes in the production of special art black card paper, environmental impact assessment annual capacity 50,000 tons, the existing five production lines, specializing in 80-3000G/M2 special colored paper, to meet customer demand for all specifications and weight; the company's "three wastes" treatment facilities are advanced and complete, all emission targets were met, and a new national emission permit was obtained in June 2017. The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, Comrade Xie Yunliang, has been selected as "an advanced individual in employment and business start-up" , "an advanced individual in helping the disabled" , "a star in integrity" and "a delegate to the 12th and 13th National People's Congress of Hunan Province" , who was selected as "a good person in China" in April 2017, won "the sixth Hunan province moral model" , "the Sixth National Moral Model Nomination Award" and so on.
