青岛鑫盈鑫包装材料有限公司，成立于2011年6月，由青岛科技大学化学与分子工程学院牵头成立了大学实验室，主要从事VCI缓蚀材料的研发和生产，公司大学实验室拥有博士、硕士研究生导师数名，公司拥有表面处理防锈高级工程师1名，表面处理防锈中级工程师2名，设备仪器先进，技术力量雄厚，并且拥有自己的品牌。
2013年5月，公司顺利通过了ISO9001:2008国际质量体系认证
2014年，公司成为中国表面工程协会防锈专业委员会理事单位
2015年3月，公司申请并通过6项国家发明专利。
2018年11月，公司获得——国家高新技术企业称号。
2020年，申请国家发明专利十项。
2020年，被评为“青岛市专精特新企业”。
2021年6月，成为中国腐蚀与防护学会团体会员单位。
2021年7月，公司主编修订并发布了《气相防锈粉末团体标准》、《气相防锈母粒团体标准》、《气相防锈纤维板团体标准》。
2022年，研发并投产PP专用防锈母粒，用于特斯拉电池运输储存
2023年成立潍坊分公司
2023年11月26日-12月2日组团参加日本IPF国际橡塑展

Qingdao Xinyingxin Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. was founded in June 2011. A university laboratory was established under the leadership of the College of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering of Qingdao University of Science and Technology, mainly engaged in the research, development and production of VCI corrosion inhibitor materials. The company's university laboratory has several doctoral and master supervisors, and the company has 1 senior engineer and 2 intermediate engineers specializing in surface treatment and rust prevention. Equipped with advanced instruments and equipment, the company boasts strong technical strength and owns its own brand.
In May 2013, the company successfully passed the ISO9001:2008 international quality management system certification.
In 2014, the company became a governing unit of the Rust Prevention Professional Committee of China Surface Engineering Association.
In March 2015, the company applied for and obtained 6 national invention patents.
In November 2018, the company was awarded the title of "National High-tech Enterprise".
In 2020, it applied for 10 national invention patents.
In 2020, it was rated as a "Qingdao Specialized, Refined, Characteristic and Novel Enterprise".
In June 2021, it became a corporate member of the Chinese Society for Corrosion and Protection.
In July 2021, the company took the lead in revising and releasing the Group Standards for Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor Powder, Group Standards for Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor Masterbatch, and Group Standards for Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor Fiberboard.
In 2022, it developed and put into production PP-specific rust prevention masterbatch, which is used for the transportation and storage of Tesla batteries.
In 2023, a Weifang branch was established.
From November 26 to December 2, 2023, the company organized a delegation to participate in the Japan IPF International Rubber and Plastics Exhibition.
