宜宾纸业股份有限公司（以下简称“宜宾纸业”）前身为“中国纸厂”，始建于1944年，是中国第一张机制新闻纸诞生地。公司于1997年在上海交易所成功上市（股票代码：600793），是中国造纸行业第一家上市公司，也是宜宾市的第一家上市公司。公司现为四川省宜宾五粮液集团有限公司控股。

金竹产品符合美国食品级标准、欧盟食品级标准，获得医护级产品认证、抗菌抑菌产品认证、卫生安全产品认证、“天府乡村”扶贫产品认证；产品相继获评“四川省节能环保优秀产品“”首届中国西部林博会金奖”，并连续三届蝉联中国（上海）国际竹产业博览会金奖。

Yibin Paper industry Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Yibin Paper", formerly known as "China Paper Factory", was founded in 1944 and is the birthplace of the first machine-made newsprint in China.
